Foundation to advanced Level 7 · Hands-on clinical training · Grantham, Lincolnshire
A Grantham academybuilt around the work.
A-Training is an aesthetics training academy in Grantham, Lincolnshire. It exists to take people from their first foundation course all the way through to advanced, Level 7 qualifications, the master's-equivalent academic level for clinical aesthetics. The difference you feel walking in is the emphasis on doing rather than watching.
The whole pathway is structured around supervised, hands-on practice. You learn assessment first, then technique, then the aftercare and follow-up that decides whether a result holds. You practise on real models under the eye of practitioners who still treat patients of their own, which is the part of training that prepares you to open your own door afterwards.
Whether you are starting from nothing or already practising and ready to push to the top of the framework, the academy is set up to meet you where you are and take you up a level at a time.

The grounding in safe, considered practice. Anatomy, assessment, consent and your first supervised treatments on real models.
Layering on the more advanced procedures, with the judgement to know when to treat, when to refer, and when to do less.
The master's-equivalent clinical level. The qualification that marks you out as a serious advanced practitioner in aesthetics.
Supervised clinical practice, not theory in a slideshow. You leave each course having actually done the work.
Educators who still run their own clinics, Krystian among them, so what you learn maps onto real practice.
A dedicated training academy in Grantham, well placed for practitioners travelling in from across the country.
I trained there. Now I teach there.
I came to aesthetics from the NHS, trained in the UK and Poland, and built my own clinic in Bursledon on one habit: treat the muscle in front of you, not the dose someone read about online. The training that sharpened that judgement to a clinical standard is the training I did at A-Training in Grantham.
That is where I completed my Level 7, the advanced, master's-equivalent qualification that sits at the top of the framework. It is not a weekend certificate. It is the level that changes how carefully you assess a face before you ever pick up a needle.
These days I am on the other side of the room. I teach at A-Training around three days a month as an educator and tutor, helping the next intake of practitioners learn the same standard I was held to. I would not put my name to it if I did not still believe in it.
I completed my Level 7 with A-Training, and now I teach there myself. If you are serious about doing this work properly, it is the academy I send people to without hesitation.Krystian Woloszyk · Level 7 advanced practitioner · Educator at A-Training
Four reasons I stand behind it.
I am careful about what I attach my name to. This is what makes A-Training the academy I recommend.
The training is hands-on.
You learn by doing, on real models, under supervision. That is the only way to walk out actually ready to treat patients rather than ready to sit an exam.
The standard is high, and held.
Level 7 is a serious clinical qualification. The academy keeps the bar where it should be, which is exactly what you want from the people signing off your competence.
You are taught by practitioners.
The educators still treat patients of their own. What you learn is grounded in real clinic practice, not theory written by someone who left the room years ago.
I trust it with my own name.
I trained there and I teach there. I would not point you towards an academy I did not believe in, and I believe in this one.
