Do you offer phone consultations?
Yes, briefly, to answer suitability questions. Full consultations are thirty minutes in person, complimentary, and we ask every new patient to come in before we book treatment. The face needs to be read in the room. Phone calls handle questions of timing, history, and whether to come at all.

What if I'm a press or partnership enquiry?

Do you respond on weekends?
Saturdays yes, until close at 15:00. Sundays and Mondays the clinic is closed, but your enquiry is read first thing Tuesday. The one-working-day reply standard applies Tuesday through Saturday. Booking-confirmation emails from Fresha are automatic and arrive any time.
