The menu

A small menu.Refined to muscle memory.

Seven years refining the same small set of skills. Six treatments. Most consultations end with one of them, not three. Pricing lives on Fresha so it's always current.

i.

Anti-wrinkle

Softened, never frozen.

The most common request, taught most often, done most quietly. The goal is movement, not stillness. Most of our patients leave with measurably less than they asked for, and most come back in three months telling us it was right.

Dermal filler

One millilitre at a time.

The full lower-face map, used sparingly. We refuse three-millilitre asks more than we book them. Cheek, chin, jawline restoration, applied to the architecture of the face you already have, not the one Instagram showed you.

The work that takes a course of three or four sessions to read on the face. Targeted at texture, post-acne scarring and overall tone. Stacks well with skin boosters; rarely needed alongside filler.

Dermaplaning

Glow, softened down.

The quietest treatment on the menu. Forty minutes, no needles, no downtime, a noticeable difference in light by the end of the session. Often booked alongside skin boosters or microneedling for compounding effect.

Proportion over volume.

The single most over-treated area in UK aesthetics, done honestly. Proportion of upper to lower lip read first, then volume considered second. You'll often leave with less than you asked for, and you'll thank us in two weeks.

Fat dissolving

Targeted, never wholesale.

Fat dissolving injections are a class of injectable treatment containing deoxycholic acid, a molecule the body already produces to help digest dietary fat. When placed precisely into a subcutaneous fat deposit, the solution disrupts the outer membrane of fat cells, causing them to break apart and be cleared gradually through the lymphatic and circulatory systems. The cells that are destroyed.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty

Reshaping without surgery.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses small, precise deposits of dermal filler to alter the visual profile of the nose. By adding volume in specific anatomical locations, a practitioner can straighten a dorsal bump by creating an illusion of a smoother bridge line, lift a drooping tip, improve symmetry, or add definition to a flat profile. No tissue is removed and no incisions.

5-point face lift

Structural, not superficial.

The face ages in a pattern. Volume diminishes in the temples, the fat pads of the mid-cheek descend, the jawline loses definition as bone and soft tissue change, and the chin shortens. These changes do not happen in isolation, and treating any single one of them in isolation rarely produces a natural result. The 5-point face lift is a structured.

PRP

Renewal from your own biology.

Platelet-rich plasma, known as PRP, is derived from a small sample of your own blood. The sample is placed into a sterile centrifuge, which separates the blood by density into its component layers. The platelet-rich layer is isolated, drawn off, and prepared for reintroduction into the skin. Platelets contain a range of growth factors, including platelet-derived growth factor, transforming growth.

PRF

The next generation of platelet therapy.

Platelet-rich fibrin is the next stage of development from platelet-rich plasma, and the distinction matters clinically. In standard PRP processing, an anticoagulant is added to the collection tube to prevent the blood from clotting during centrifugation. This keeps the platelets suspended but also prevents fibrin from forming. PRF uses a tube with no additive, which allows the natural clotting cascade.

Exosomes

Cell-to-cell communication, amplified.

Exosomes are extracellular vesicles, tiny membrane-enclosed particles released by cells as a means of communicating with neighbouring cells. They carry a cargo of proteins, lipids, and genetic material, including messenger RNA and microRNA, that instruct the receiving cell to change its behaviour. In the context of tissue repair, exosomes derived from stem cells or other regenerative cell lines carry signals.

PDO threads

Lift, with a collagen response underneath.

Polydioxanone is a synthetic, fully absorbable polymer used in surgical sutures for decades. In aesthetic medicine, the same material is formed into fine threads, some smooth and some with small bidirectional barbs, and placed under the skin through a needle or cannula entry point. The threads do two things: they create an immediate mechanical lift, and they provoke the tissue.

Chemical peels

Controlled renewal, at the level the skin needs.

A chemical peel works by applying an acid solution to the skin surface at a controlled concentration and contact time, causing the outer layers of the epidermis to loosen and shed over the days that follow. The depth of that process, and therefore the clinical outcome, depends on the agents used, their concentration, and how the skin is prepared and.

HydraFacial

Cleansed, cleared, and fed in one appointment.

HydraFacial uses a proprietary vortex-tip handpiece that creates a spiral of suction and fluid simultaneously. As the tip moves across the skin, it lifts debris, keratin, and sebaceous congestion from the pore while infusing a stream of cleansing and nourishing solution into the follicular opening. This dual action, extraction and infusion happening at the same moment, is what distinguishes it.

Laser hair removal

Permanent reduction, not a temporary fix.

Laser hair removal operates on the principle of selective photothermolysis. A beam of light at a specific wavelength is absorbed by the melanin pigment in the hair shaft and root, converting to heat at the point of absorption. When that heat is sufficient, it damages the germinal cells of the follicle that are responsible for producing new hair, without causing.

Vitamin injections

Delivered directly. Absorbed completely.

Oral vitamins and supplements are absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract, a process subject to considerable individual variation. Gut health, digestive enzyme activity, the presence of food in the stomach, and competition from other nutrients all affect how much of what you swallow actually reaches the bloodstream. For some vitamins and some patients, the majority of an oral dose passes through.

IV drips

Direct infusion. Nothing lost in transit.

Intravenous infusion places nutrients directly into the venous circulation, from where they are distributed throughout the body without the losses associated with oral or even intramuscular delivery. The clinical significance of this varies by nutrient and by patient: Vitamin C at oral doses is limited by intestinal transport saturation; intravenous administration can achieve plasma concentrations ten to twenty times higher.
