Most of what I teach is what not to do. The hardest skill in this room is refusing the patient who asked for three millilitres.

On the Treatment-Specific Masterclass and Full Face Rejuvenation Mentorship you'll work hands-on with live patient models under direct supervision. Each model is briefed and consented. You inject. Krystian observes, intervenes only when he needs to, and walks you back through it after the patient leaves.

Who are the mentorships for?
The mentorships are for qualified practitioners with a minimum of 12 months injectable experience, who hold existing injectable qualifications, appropriate insurance and are actively treating patients. They are advanced upskilling experiences, not beginner pathway training or CPD-accredited courses.
Are sessions 1:1 or 2:1?
All mentorships are delivered in a private 1:1 or 2:1 setting only. The format is held deliberately so every attendee receives highly personalised support and direct time with Krystian throughout the day.
Are live patient models included?
Yes. The Treatment-Specific Masterclass and Full Face Rejuvenation Mentorship both include hands-on learning with live patient models under supervised treatment. The Shadow Day is observational, covering real patient consultations and live treatments.
How do I apply for a mentorship?
Applications go through the form below. Krystian reviews each application personally to confirm prerequisite qualifications, current clinical practice and insurance. Confirmed places require a deposit to hold the day. Allow seven days for a response.
Where do the mentorships take place?
Every mentorship is delivered in person at the Skin Aesthetics by Krystian clinic, 15 Old Bridge Cl, Bursledon, Southampton SO31 8AX. There is no online or hybrid option. The work is hand-skill, live-patient and supervised, by design.
What if I'm a beginner to aesthetics?
Krystian no longer teaches beginner injectable courses. For those starting their aesthetics journey, the recommended route is the full pathway training programme through A-Training UK, progressing from Level 3 to Level 7. The mentorships at Skin Aesthetics by Krystian are advanced upskilling for practitioners already injecting.
