Membership.A standing appointment.

Three quiet routes through the door, designed for patients who already know they'll come back. Pricing lives on Fresha so we can keep it honest.

Why a plan

Skin changes in arcs. Not in appointments.

A standing appointment is the quiet difference between treating the face you have today, and shaping the one you'll have in three years.

01 · The compounding patient

The smart patient sees the face change in arcs.

What looks like a single appointment is, in fact, a single brushstroke. The patients whose skin we know best are the ones we've watched across two and three years of slow, considered movement. A standing appointment puts the work on a rhythm. The face stops being something we react to every nine months and becomes something we shape together, quietly, on a schedule that knows you. Most of the change is invisible at the visit. It only reads when you look at last year's photograph.

02 · The skin journal

Every patient has one. Every visit notes what changed.

Krystian keeps a journal for every member. Photographs at consistent angles. Notes on what was placed, where, in what quantity. What you mentioned in the chair. What we agreed to revisit. The journal is the reason a six-month gap between visits never feels like starting over. We open it, read the last entry, and the conversation picks up where the chair left off. It's the thing your hairdresser never had time to do, applied to a face that deserves the care of continuity.

03 · The cost of overthinking

Patients without a plan over-treat. They over-think each visit.

We see it weekly. The patient who saved up for a single visit, sat in the chair, and felt they had to justify the trip with extra millilitres. Standing appointments take that pressure off the room. You'll often come in for the consult and choose to skip the treatment, because the next visit is already on the calendar. We've watched member faces age noticeably more slowly than non-member faces of the same starting point, not because they've had more done, but because they've had less, more consistently, in the right places, at the right depth.

The honest version

What we don't pretend. Quietly stated.

Membership is generous on the things that compound, and quiet on the things that don't. We over-deliver where it counts and decline where it doesn't.

  • Aftercare products that wouldn't suit your skin
  • Treatments we'd refuse you in a consultation
  • The "buy three get one free" maths that defines other clinics
  • Pressure to upgrade your plan because the calendar opened up
  • Treatments outside our small, refined menu

You'll be told when something isn't a fit, even if it's something you've already paid for. We refund the unused portion and recommend the practitioner who's better placed to do it.

Considered questions

The honest version. Asked often.

Six of the questions every prospective member asks before committing. Answered the way we'd answer them in the chair.

Where can I see the pricing?

On Fresha, always. We keep pricing in one place so it stays current. Every membership CTA on this page opens the Fresha booking screen with the exact figure attached to each plan. If you'd rather discuss it in person, that's what the complimentary consultation is for. Open Fresha →

Can I switch tiers?

Yes, between months. If your skin changes its mind, so does your plan. Move up, move down, or take a quarter off. Tell us at the next visit or by message and we'll arrange the change on Fresha. The journal carries across, so no continuity is lost.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

Reschedule within fourteen days, no penalty. We hold the slot if we can, and rebook you into the next available equivalent if we cannot. We don't charge for cancellations made before the day. We do ask for the courtesy of a message if you know you won't make it; the slot usually finds another patient who'd thank you for it.

Can I add my partner?

Yes. The second member of a household pays a reduced rate on Fresha across all three plans. Walk in together, leave together, both with a standing appointment on the books. The journal is kept separately by face, never by household.

Is filler included in the Inner Circle allowance?

Yes, up to your annual cap, and Krystian will tell you honestly when you've reached it. The allowance is generous but it's not unlimited, and we'd rather you knew where the line was before the visit than after. The full cap is on Fresha, alongside the pricing.

How do I cancel?

One message to the clinic. No fees, no friction, no exit interview. Studio cancels any time after month one. First Circle and Inner Circle run their term and then lapse unless you choose to renew. We don't enrol you automatically. If you want to come back six months later, we keep the journal and pick up where it ended.

Consultations are complimentary

Reserve your consultation.

Thirty minutes, in person. We'll talk through which plan fits the face you have, the schedule you keep, and the patient you want to become. Most consultations end in a plan. Some end in a single visit. Either way, no pressure.
